the valet parking was efficient it was faster than i expected other hotels usually take longer for car retrieval the service exceeded my expectations i found the fitness center and spa well-kept the staff was well-trained and provided really good hospitality. the location worked well near dr salman al habeeb hospital.
i noticed a minor issue the room's carpet had a stain though it did not significantly affect my overall stay

the hotel has a great location near a large park by the water it is very pleasant for walks the hotel is only two metro stops from the burj khalifa this location makes it easy to see attractions.

the hotel provides spacious rooms each has a balcony my room offered ample space this allowed me to relax comfortably there is a spa available the fitness center is fully equipped.

i had a good check-in experience i also appreciated the helpful front desk staff they allowed both early check-in and late check-out the staff demonstrated courtesy throughout my stay addressing all my needs promptly.

my superior room had a double bed and a sofa bed. Its great. the room was super clean and well-kept. the hotel location was super and near everything. the staff was mostly polite.
i experienced a bit of a delay during check-in, there was just one person at the desk helping another guest.

Breakfast was very good with multiple options. the dinner menu had good options, i liked it. chef prince stood out. He was very kind and interactive with guests, its a nice experience.

The hotel is near the metro, its useful. you can reach many places, thats nice. the hotel is in a good quiet area. Burj khalifa is two metro stops away, so its quite central and accessible.

the hotel look good and clean. my room it was clean. i saw the staff at reception, they were always had a smile and it seems they were ready to help. the breakfast had good variety. i also order lunch from the room service menu and the salad was good.
